Corazo Garage motorcycle shelter protects bikes outdoors

An Argentine company has created a purpose-built motorcycle shelter made from fiberglass-reinforced polyester, featuring a weather-resistant design and a vertical-opening lid that lets riders roll straight in.

Storing a motorcycle outdoors isn’t ideal. Covers wear out, can blow away in strong winds, and offer limited protection from dust, moisture, and sunlight. Not every home has a garage either, leaving many riders with few practical options.

An Argentine company called Corazo set out to solve that problem with a dedicated motorcycle shelter designed specifically for long-term outdoor use. Built by hand from fiberglass-reinforced polyester (PRFV), a material widely used in the marine industry, the Corazo Garage is designed to protect motorcycles from the elements while taking up far less space than a traditional garage.

The company was founded in 2019 by friends Martín Gubert and Cristian Olivieri, who believed motorcycles deserved a purpose-built storage solution rather than being squeezed into spaces never intended for them.

A dedicated garage for one motorcycle

The Corazo Garage is a freestanding motorcycle shelter with a compact footprint and a modern, pod-like design. Unlike conventional sheds or motorcycle covers, it is built specifically around a single bike.

Corazo Garage C1 Motorcycle Shelter
The premium C1 model features a pneumatic vertical-opening lid that allows riders to roll straight in without dismounting.

Its standout feature is the opening system. On the premium C1 model, the entire front section lifts vertically using pneumatic struts, creating a large opening that allows riders up to 190 cm (6 ft 3 in) tall to ride in and out without dismounting. According to the company, developing this mechanism was one of the biggest engineering challenges during the product’s development.

The design also makes everyday use simple. One person can open and close the shelter with minimal effort, making it practical for daily commuting as well as longer-term storage.

Two models: C1 and C2

Corazo currently offers two versions of the Garage, both designed to accommodate motorcycles ranging from small scooters to large adventure bikes.

C1

The C1 is the premium model. It features:

  • Fiberglass-reinforced polyester (PRFV) construction
  • Pneumatic vertical-opening system
  • Stainless steel hinges, rivets, screws, and hardware
  • Integrated ventilation system
  • Adjustable wheel support and locking system
  • Choice of straight or curved front panel
  • Multiple body color options

Optional extras include interior lighting, a power outlet, and a motorcycle brand logo integrated into the design.

Corazo Garage Motorcycle Shelter Adjustable Wheel Support
Both C1 and C2 models include an adjustable wheel support and locking system to stabilize motorcycles during storage.

C2

The C2 offers the same core protection in a simpler package. It includes:

  • Fiberglass-reinforced polyester construction
  • Rear-opening door
  • Integrated ventilation
  • Adjustable wheel support and locking system
  • Standard Cadis Grey finish

Interior lighting, a power outlet, and a motorcycle brand logo are also available as optional extras.

Built using marine construction methods

One feature that sets the Corazo Garage apart from many outdoor storage products is the material used to build it.

Rather than sheet metal or plastic panels, each unit is handcrafted from fiberglass-reinforced polyester using techniques commonly found in the boat-building industry. PRFV is valued for its resistance to corrosion, UV exposure, humidity, and temperature extremes, making it well suited for outdoor use.

Production begins with the application of gelcoat inside the mold, giving the finished product its color and smooth surface. Before this stage, each mold receives more than 20 coats of wax. Layers of surface veil, resin, and fiberglass are then applied by hand before the parts are removed from the mold, trimmed, sanded, and assembled.

Corazo Garage Motorcycle Shelter Material Used
Each Corazo Garage is handcrafted from fiberglass-reinforced polyester (PRFV), a marine-grade material chosen for its durability and weather resistance.

According to Corazo, every Garage is produced and assembled by hand, with stainless steel hardware used throughout to improve long-term durability.

Designed for outdoor storage

The Corazo Garage is intended to remain outdoors year-round.

Its fiberglass construction resists corrosion and weathering, while an integrated ventilation system continuously circulates air through the enclosure to help reduce condensation and moisture buildup. This is particularly useful in humid climates or areas with large day-to-night temperature swings, where trapped moisture can contribute to corrosion and deterioration of rubber components.

Inside, the motorcycle rests on an integrated platform with an adjustable wheel support that accommodates different tire widths and motorcycle sizes. The support helps stabilize the bike during loading, unloading, and storage.

Corazo also sells this platform separately as a motorcycle display stand for dealerships, showrooms, home garages, and collectors who want to showcase their bikes indoors.

Customization options

The Corazo Garage combines practical storage with a design intended to complement the motorcycle itself rather than simply hiding it.

Buyers choosing the C1 can select from multiple exterior colors and choose either a straight or curved front panel. Optional additions include interior lighting, a power outlet for accessories or battery maintenance, and a logo matching the owner’s motorcycle brand.

The C2 focuses on simplicity, offering a standard finish while retaining the same optional accessories.

Who is it for?

The Corazo Garage is aimed at riders who park outdoors or don’t have access to a traditional garage. It provides a dedicated enclosure that protects motorcycles from rain, sun, dust, leaves, and everyday environmental exposure while occupying only the space needed for a single bike.

The enclosed design also keeps the motorcycle out of sight, while the integrated wheel support provides added stability during storage. The unit can be installed on driveways, patios, or inside larger garages as a dedicated storage space.

Pricing and availability

The Corazo Garage is available directly from Corazo in C1 and C2 versions.

The company does not publish prices on its website, as costs depend on the selected model, optional features, and delivery requirements. Interested buyers are encouraged to contact Corazo directly for a quotation.
