VoroMotors, the company behind the Emove Roadrunner electric scooter, has introduced an upgraded Pro model to its lineup. The new Roadrunner Pro offers enhanced motor power, a larger battery, and improved suspension and seating for a better overall riding experience.
The original Emove Roadrunner, launched in 2021, gained popularity among e-riders and tech journalists alike. The scooter featured a 350-W hub motor in the front and a 500-W motor at the rear, delivering a top speed of 34 mph (~55 km/h). Equipped with a 1.25-kWh removable battery, the Roadrunner provided up to 50 miles (80 km) of range per charge. The scooter also had a spring suspension system and semi-hydraulic brakes.
Based on feedback from riders, VoroMotors developed the new Pro model, which boasts a significant increase in motor power. The Roadrunner Pro features two 2,000-W (peak) hub motors, providing a top speed of 51 mph (82 km/h) and the ability to tackle 30-degree inclines. Riders can choose from five speed modes for better control over their e-scooter.
The upgraded model also includes a removable 60-V/30-Ah Li-ion battery composed of LG 21700 cells, allowing for up to 50 miles of range per charge. While riders can double the range by carrying a spare battery, the 21-lb (9.5 kg) weight might prove to be cumbersome.

The Roadrunner Pro’s suspension has also been improved, now featuring motorcycle-grade dual-spring suspension at the rear and a dual-crown hydraulic fork. The e-scooter rides on custom-designed 14-inch split-rim wheels with 2.75-inch tubeless pneumatic tires. The adjustable front fender height adds to its versatility, and two-piston hydraulic disc brakes ensure reliable stopping power.
The non-folding 31-inch (78.7-cm) handlebar of the Roadrunner Pro comes with a 3.5-inch TFT color display that offers essential ride metrics at a glance. The display features a color-coded speedo arc, allowing riders to easily identify their current speed mode. The scooter’s memory foam seat has been expanded to 20 inches (50.8 cm) in length and is an inch thicker than the original model. Additionally, the Pro version sports a moto-inspired headlight, U-shaped rear light, and pulse turn signals.

Weighing in at 114.4 lb (51.89 kg), the Roadrunner Pro has a maximum load capacity of 330 lb (149.68 kg). The scooter is available for pre-order at a price of $2,895. Check out the video below for more information.
